What surfaces do you seal?
Asphalt, pavers and concrete, including driveways, patios and walkways.
Do you wash the surface before sealing?
Yes. We always clean the surface first so we're sealing fresh, dry pavers or concrete rather than sealing in dirt.
Can you wash and seal in the same visit?
No. The surface needs to fully dry before sealant is applied, typically a 48-hour window, depending on weather and surface porosity. Sealing over a damp surface traps moisture underneath, which can cause hazing, whitening, poor adhesion, and premature sealant failure. We schedule sealing as a separate visit after the wash has had time to dry.
